Affordable Coverage
By purchasing coverage from the Marketplace, you may be able to afford health insurance even if you haven’t in the past. AdventHealth is working with local partners to help you obtain insurance that is significantly discounted or even free. And you can’t be denied a plan or charged extra for a pre-existing condition.
Please be aware, if you don’t obtain coverage, you may be penalized. The fines start at $325 per adult or two percent of your annual household income — whichever is higher.

Enrollment Requirements
To enroll in a Marketplace health-insurance plan, you must meet certain requirements:
- U.S. citizen or have legal immigration status
- Social Security, tax ID or immigration number for all household members
- Phone number and home address
- Evidence of income: 2013 tax return and/or recent pay stubs
- Email address and password
- Information about other health insurance coverage available to the household

- Family of two: $15,730 - 62,920
- Family of three: $19,790 - 79,160
- Family of four: $23,850 - 95,400
