Transaction: Title Replacement

You may request a replacement title online and save $1 if:

• you own or co-own the vehicle,
• your title has been stolen, lost or mutilated, and
• you do not want to change any information on the title.

What You'll Need

Payment information. Options include:

• Credit cards displaying the Discover, MasterCard, VISA or American Express logo
• Debit card displaying the MasterCard or VISA logo
• Bank and check account information to allow DMV to electronically withdraw funds from your checking account.

Delivery

Your new vehicle title will be mailed to you.

When: within 5 business days

Where: the address of the owner who appears FIRST on the title record

Updating Your Address?

Be sure to first change your address online, at least 24 hours and before you order a replacement title.
