A statement of travel records contains the data subject's English name and date of birth, the arrival and departure dates during the requested travel records period, and the name(s) of the control point(s) through which the data subject completed immigration clearance as a passenger.

Image type : JPEG, PDF, GIF, PNG or TIF (RAW, LZW, JPEG, CCIT-G4)
File size : 5Mbytes or below for each file
The fee for a statement of travel records is HK$160.
For applications submitted on the Internet or through the Immigration Department Mobile Application, an email for online payment will be sent to applicant after processing the application. Applicant could pay through PPS, FPS or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay and JCB only) through the webpage link provided in the email by entering the application reference number.
It normally takes around 10 working days to process an application for a statement of travel records after receipt of all necessary documents and the fee (working days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding General Holidays). The time of mailing service is excluded from the processing time.
The statement of travel records will be sent to the applicant by registered mail.
