The Department of Admissions at Covenant Seminary is seeking applications for the position of Admissions Administrator. This is a part-time position (25 hours/week) with vacation, paid time off, and seminary holidays. We value team cooperation, commitment to excellent work, and dedication to the Seminary’s mission of training pastors and leaders for Christ’s church and Kingdom.

Department Goals and Responsibilities:

The Admissions Administrator supports the work of the Admissions team in achieving its enrollment goals and serving its prospective students through proper execution of data entry and database management, effective communication with other relevant seminary departments, timely correspondence with prospective students through a variety of media, maintaining an orderly and hospitable office environment, and through a number of administrative duties.
