Sunset Clause. The provisions of this Section expires automatically on the expiration date of this Agreement.
Sunset Clause. The provisions of this Article expire automatically on June 30, 2021. Either party may negotiate for the inclusion of this portion or any modification thereof in any successor agreement .
Sunset Clause. Notice of disciplinary action which may have been placed on the personnel file of an employee shall be destroyed after two (2) years have elapsed since the disciplinary action was taken provided that no further disciplinary action has been recorded during this period. The employee shall be notified orally when such notice has been destroyed.
Sunset Clause. Discipline shall be removed from the personnel file after a period of eighteen months.
Sunset Clause. The provisions of this Section Seven expire automatically upon termination of this Agreement. Either party may renegotiate for the inclusion of this provision or any modification thereof in any successor agreement.
Sunset Clause. Any letter of reprimand, suspension or other sanction will be removed from the record of the nurse eighteen (18) months following the receipt of such letter, suspension or other sanction provided that such nurse’s record has been discipline free for eighteen (18) months.
Sunset Clause. The parties agree that any future final offer arbitration settlement shall automatically trigger a review of the Mediation and Final Offer Interest Arbitration Agreement. Said review shall occur one (1) year prior to the next contract expiration date following the arbitrator's decision. During the review meetings the parties shall meet and confer as necessary to consider proposals by either party to either amend or discontinue the Mediation and Final Offer Interest Arbitration Agreement. Should the parties mutually agree to modify the procedure, said changes shall be effective immediately and applicable to future collective bargaining associated with the expiration of the Agreement. The parties may mutually agree to discontinue the entire procedure, but in the absence of mutuality the procedure shall continue in effect until the next Sunset review, during which time these same understandings shall again be applied. EXHIBIT A TO MEDIATION AND FINAL OFFER INTEREST ARBITRATION AGREEMENT (APPENDIX G) WAGES
Sunset Clause. An employee’s record shall be cleared after 18 months excluding suspensions, which will be cleared after 24 months.
Sunset Clause. The parties recognize that these provisions are being negotiated at a time when the business models and patterns of usage of New Media Productions are in the process of exploration, experimentation and innovation. Therefore, the provisions of this Sideletter shall expire on the termination date of the Collective Agreement and will be of no force and effect thereafter. No later than sixty (60) days before that expiration date, the parties will meet to negotiate new terms and conditions for reuse of New Media Productions. The parties further acknowledge that conditions in this area are changing rapidly and that the negotiation for the successor agreement will be based on the conditions that exist and reasonably can be forecast at that time.
